I have had the idea of ​​opening a restaurant for a very long time. I like good food, and after all, it shows on me. Although the idea is half the success, the time for its implementation had to be ripe. Different people have different favorite foods. Someone adores a heaping plate of pasta with cheese, another grandma’s Sunday soup with dumplings. It is hard to admit that one food covers our soul more than any other.

I like to visit new restaurants. I like new cuisine, new dishes, new faces. I personally expect from a visit to a restaurant not only a gourmet experience, but something approaching art. Every city is full of facilities that can offer us this, but only a few awaken harmony, a sense of security and comfort in us.
